Cancellation and Refund

STOTRA ESSENTIALS believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.

Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 5 days of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 5 days of receipt of the products.
  • In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 5 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
  • In case of any Refunds approved by the Stotra Essentials Team it’ll take 7 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.

 

Customer Returns  

Even after several quality checks, it is possible that the customer receives a damaged product due to manual or mishandled by couriers.

To claim misprinted, damaged, or defective items, you must submit your request within 5 days of delivery. For replacements and refunds, please send us unboxing videos and pictures of the defective product, along with images of the original packaging. All claims for replacements must be submitted within 5 days of delivery; after that, you will be responsible for reprinting charges

If your customer would like to exchange or return a product due to a wrong size being ordered or without any defects would be handled at your expense by placing a new order.

For items lost in transit, Stotra Essentials  will issue a refund once the shipping status marks the item as lost. 

If you do not have an unboxing video of the order and we fail to verify the cause, Stotra Essentials  will not be liable for refunds/replacement of such products. 

Color Matching in DTG Printing:  We use CMYK  ink colors to blend and create unique colors. Although we strive to use the most recent, high-quality color profiles for our printers and inks, color matching is suited for spot color printing and not process printing. Hence, there might be a difference between what you see on your screen and the actual product.

  1. If you notice any size discrepancies, please provide clear images of the product along with the size measurements so we can verify the issue with our production team.
  2. Please unbox your package carefully. If the package is damaged while opening it using scissors or any sharp object, a refund or replacement will not be possible unless you provide an unpacking video and images of the courier cover.
  3. If you notice any damage to the package at the time of delivery, please mention the damage in the remarks while signing. This will help us claim a refund from the courier service.
